New publication: The Changing Business Landscape

Ambitionen er at invitere flere ind i samtalen om, hvordan vi skaber et arbejdsmarked, der gavner både unge og virksomheder, og samtidig styrker trivsel, lige muligheder og inklusion. Vi modtager meget gerne feedback på, hvad der fungerer og håber, at du vil læse med.

With that in mind, we are sharing the English translation of our project "The Next-Generation Workplace: Bridging Business and Young Talent", supported by Industriens Fond. The project's findings are presented in two publications: an analysis and a catalogue of initiatives.

The analysis, "The Changing Business Landscape: Attracting and retaining young employees", examines the role of diversity and inclusion in attracting and retaining young employees, and how young people and managers experience these themes in practice.

The catalogue of initiatives builds on the findings from the analysis, as well as insights from dialogue meetings between youth and business representatives. It offers concrete recommendations for how companies can attract and retain young employees while supporting their well-being and development.
