The analysis “The Changing Business Landscape: Attracting and Retaining Young Employees” examines the role that diversity and inclusion play in attracting and retaining young people in the workplace, as well as how young people and managers perceive that diversity and inclusion can be expressed in practice in an inclusive workplace.
The catalogue of initatives is based on findings from the analysis as well as insights from dialogue meetings held between youth and business representatives, and consists of concrete proposals for action aimed at strengthening the business community’s ability to attract and retain young workers – while ensuring their well-being and development.
